The Australian Construction Law Newsletter (ACLN) has been published in Australia since 1988. It was established by John Tyrril, who was its editor for over ten years.
In early 2000, the Faculty of Design, Architecture and Building at the University of Technology, Sydney undertook its publication as a means of maintaining contact with professionals engaged in construction law in Australia and South East Asia.
When the university changed its business model in 2010, the then editor Dr John Twyford, and assistant editor, Myra Nikolich, took over the ACLN’s publication.
Since the end of 2010, the ACLN has been published independently and, since 2014, with the support of the Society of Construction Law (Australia).
